Hi,
Using Cisco 11.6
calculate there are differences in some interval on Termination_Call_Detail , Skill_Group_Interval and Agent_Skill_Group_Interval.Mostly matching these tables for Handled calls.But some days are different. Anybody knows why ? How can i match these tables?
