Handled Calls Calculate different in TCD , SGI and ASGI
Using Cisco 11.6
calculate there are differences in some interval on Termination_Call_Detail , Skill_Group_Interval and Agent_Skill_Group_Interval.Mostly matching these tables for Handled calls.But some days are different. Anybody knows why ? How can i match these tables?

--Result 156 SELECT SUM(CallsHandled) FROM dbo.Agent_Skill_Group_Interval WHERE DateTime BETWEEN '2019-12-12 13:30:00' AND '2019-12-12 13:59:00' AND SkillGroupSkillTargetID = 5016
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
