Hard phone for UCCX agents

Is it possible to have UCCX agents on their hardphone alone?  I have a group that wants UCCX functionality but does not want to move to softphone/CAD/Finesse.

Hello-

Take a look at IP Phone Agent (IPPA) in the Administrator Guide for the version of UCCX you're running.
