Hi,
I have strange problem.In the TCD reports some of the reports do not have the AgentSkillTargetID and SkillGroupSkillTargetID value.But the call is answered and the Talk time also there.And the same time TimeToAband value also there.The Calldiposition value for this call are 4.Just confusied the calls are really abandoned are not.

strange, what kind of ACD do you have? per the documentation 4 means an abandoned delay, but seeing talk time goes against this call disposition.
