High Contqact Duration Times - CCX 7.0.1

I am new to UCCX and have been browsing in Real-Time Reports to see if I can locate anything out of the ordinary that may be leading to some persistent issues with the UCCX system.  I have noticed many contacts with durations in the 59 hour range (e.g. 59:56:11).  Am I reading this time incorrectly?  If not, is this normal?  Thank you for any assistance.

This is not normal and is likely a symptom of incorrect scripting. You can attach your script to this thread and we can take a quick look at it. This is commonly referred to as a "stuck contact".

I have two sites within the system potentially contributing to the issue, so I have attached both scripts.  Thanks for replying.

The only thing that doesn't look quite right is the second Accept step. You should only accept the contact once. I have not run across this as a known cause for stuck contacts but removing it would be a good idea. Otherwise these scripts look pretty good. Are there other scripts that could be causing it?
