I am trying to configure Historical Reports 8.5 on a 2008R2 server for all of our nightly scheduled reports. The install works fine without errors and I'm able to open up the client; however, the Scheduler does not show that it is running. Looking through the logs of the scheduler it shows "(ThreadId=3008)->StartInteractiveClientProcessW:Failed to start logon service..Ensure that your Secondary Log on Service is in Enabled state using Windows Control Panel"
I have verified that the service is running and that it is set to automatic but I still get the same issues. Right clicking and Run as Administrator does not remedy this, nor turning off the UAC and having the program always runas Admin.
If anyone has a workaround or solution to this I would greatly appreciate it.

Not that you want to hear this but the HRC isn't supported (see HR Client OS cell) on Windows Server; only Windows 7 and XP SP3. My advice would be to spin up a Windows 7 VM to keep yourself TAC-supported.
