I have a HR problem with IPCCX 4.0(3) : The report for the Login/Logout Activity doesn't show me the activity for all the agents even if I configured it to do that. What may be the reason ?
The problem is that data exists and if I configure HR to generate a report beginning from 1 month ago, I find the data of the actual day. But if I configure it to generate a report beginning from 3 days ago, it prompts me that no data exists
