Hotlink with Cisco CVP Not working in 11.6 with Virtual Voice Browser
I'm using a Global Hotlink Element - Representative, Agent for Voice and 0 for DTMF.
however, when i deploy this on server and make a test call, im getting below exception with CVP default error message.
com.cisco.dialogservices.DialogServicesException: activateAnyGrammar(): exception in Recognizable.resolve(): ; nested exception is: com.cisco.grammar.UnsupportedGrammarException: doesn't support conversion from: com.cisco.grammar.CiscoRegexTextGrammar to com.cisco.grammar.SRGSGrammar
UCCE Environment is 11.6 and Nuance Version is 10.5.1.
