Hello Radhika,
thanks for your interest !
I need to know the precise CTI port where the call is located within the CRS script (aef).
I am working on an integration between Cisco IPCC IVR and Genesys Contact Center framework.
Genesys framework is monitoring Cisco CTI port from another JTAPI link. The call is handled by Genesys before going to IP IVR. The Genesys Call contains "attached Data" and I need to read them from CRS script.
From a Genesys point of view there is a call located on a specific CTI port.
From CRS IP IVR point of view, the call is located on a certain Route point.
I can see in IVR Log trace that CTI Port information is provided in Channel Events. But I did not found any way of getting this information from the CRA Editor nor from a Java specific code.
Any idea ?
thanks for your help !
