How can we find out total available agents and ready agents from cuic reports.

You'll have to be more specific with what you're looking to do, as well as what specific product you're using, as you chose 3 different ones there. There are some stock reports that should provide what you need.

Again, you didn't say what type nor version you're using. Is it UCCX? CCE? etc.
In any event, why not just use one of the existing stock reports that they provide to show this?
