Got a CRS 4.0.1 setup with CCM 4.1(3). Had a very simple script providing the ACD function. but the the CRS CTI port redirect the calls to a agent, I can only see the CTI DN but not the CallerID of the original caller. How I can get this displayed on the CTI calls out to IP phone agent? I saw there is a script function GetContactInfo that will give you the CallerID, but I can pass this over to CSQ calls out to an agent?
