How many evaluation port license in UCCE 7.5 outbound dialer

1. In UCCE 7.5, how many outbound dialer evaluation port license can be used?

2. Is UCCX 7.0 support IVR based campaign?

For UCCE: it is an agreement license. You can configure any, but maximum 96 as I know.
