Hello Pros
This is our first UCCX live environment and among the issues we have faced is the fact that we haven't found a way to "easily" (that means not through pure SQL queries) access the dialing lists from the Outbound Preview Dialer once they have been processed.
What we are specificaly looking for is to "improve" those dialing lists by checking the callResult field to discard those that are wrong numbers, faxes,etc. In order to have more efective campaigns in the future.
We have looked for documentation regarding this with no success.
We are running:
CUCM 8.6.1.20000-1
UCCX 8.0.2.11005-20
Any help will be highly apprecated.

We have checked that document before and (maybe we misread it but) we didn't find how to access the dialing lists after the agents have marked some numbers as incorrect (wrong number, FAX machine...). According to TAC this is not directly accessible and queries to de DB need to be done.

Any access to dialing lists to check if the agents have marked it as a wrong number, fax, dropped numbers etc need to be run against a query in the DB and yes might have to probably remote into the root account
You might want to open a TAC case for the same to expedite the process
