How to allow the supervisor to see the recorded files in Monitoring and recording WFO

i have configured everything correctly i can  c the agents recording on the agent descktops and on the server but i don't know from where to play them and the documentation doesn't mention anything please help

What's your version?

In MonRec 8, it's a calabrio one URL (https://serverIpAddress:8448/calabrioone/login.html)

In QM 7 and lower, it's a Desktop application.
