How can I automate the startup of the CCX Historical Reports Scheduler 8.0 at boot time on a Win XP system? I do not want my users to have to manually make sure it is running all of the time. I tried to put it into the run registry, but it does not start with the right credentials there & scheduled reports fail with 3420:printDBConnectionString:pwd not found in Connection String in the CiscoSchPrintExport.log. Thanks

Hi we are experiencing the same issue with the scheduler but on Windows 7. Have you found a solution to this?
Thx

No, I have no solution to this issue yet. I do not think it matters which version of Windows. The problem is the same with all of them.
