How to Change AXL Provider in UCCX

Hello Team,

I have a single node CCX 8.5(1)SU2 + critical patch  installed. I am trying to change the AXL provider as the CUCM IP has  changed.

According to the admin guide step 2 in page 4-3, I can go to  System -> Cisco Unified CM Configuration and click on “Change Unified  CM Cluster” icon in the tool bar the upper left to enter the new IP in  the popup. However, I couldn’t find that icon in the page (see attached  screenshot).

Any idea where the icon is?

BTW, I am using the demo premium license for the install DVD.

Hi you can use the CLI command:

set uccx provider ip axl

Please find more information in UCCX the Command Line Interface reference guide at page 28
