Hi,
I have customer that has implemented and running UCCE 9.0 with 100 agents.
Now, they want to addon their agents up to 200 agents.
How I can check their existing license before addon license and after addon license?
Especially how to know existing agents licensing?
That things to get proven for our customer.

UCCE does not have software enforced licensing, its 'paper license'. You would need to check the order details to know the licenses the customer is entitled to.

I would like to ask,
whether software enforced licensing not available for all UCCE components?
How about inbound and outboud dialer port for agent?

Hi Bagus,
There is no software enforced licensing for Dialer either. For CAD(Cisco Agent desktop), there is enforced licensing though.
