How to disable Automatic Updates for (CAD)?

I thought there was a way to disable automatice updates for CAD. Can someone refresh my memory on how/where to do this?

run postinstall.exe; there's a radio button for it in 'services configuration'.

Saw an earlier post that said the same thing, but the radio button is not there in Services Condfiguration". See attached picture....

Are you using Blended Edition? Is this Express?

With UCCE, PostInstall.exe has a lot more items on the left than that.

This is Express 7.0. But I know there was a way to do this in Express. I also sent an email to the ask-icd-support alias.
