How to find Cisco IP Phone button press logs [ using CTI OS ]

Dear All,

we have Cisco IP Phone's 7942G , and we use them within our organization along with Cisco CTI OS .

I have managed to get the CTI OS Server Logs , and made few test calls where I press the [ End button ] and now I'm going through the logs to find the traces of that event .

if any one can show me which part of the trace mentions the [ End Button - Press ] event I will be thankful .

You should be seeing some CALL_CLEAR_EVENT. You can have a look at the Messaging guide.
