When I look at a report that uses the Call_Type_Interval table, I see a number of calls classified as Overflow Out. But when I look at the Termination Call Detail table, I cannot find information on the majority of these calls. Should I be able to track them?
Strangely, I have found evidence of ones that ultimately abandoned (but as a different call type) in the TCD.

OverflowOut calls are simply calls that hit another call type in the call flow. Sometimes I place call types after each menu selection if the business wants to know which menu selection is getting selected more.
If the call goes to another menu in the same flow with another call type then the first call type hit will be marked OverflowOut.
I wouldn't expect you to find much in the Termination call detail table on some of these. If the call hits another call type in the same leg then the last call type hit in the call leg will be written to the table.
From what I understand......
