Dear,
We are running IPCC system, with ICM version 7.0 and CCM version 6.1.4. I would like to set up automatic outbound call from our Script Editor. How should we prepare for that setting? It means that IPCC system will be automatic call out to customers following a fixed schedule

Hi,
the OO config and setup documents contain all the information you need, including step-by-step instructions and examples.
You might have to reinstall the AW in case you did not enable Outbound Option previously. And please check with your account manager whether you have Outbound Option ports licensed in your system.
