How to update wrap up codes in Task Routing?

Hi,

I am trying to modify the sample Task Routing Management Gadget to display a list of wrap up codes. I managed to extract and display the wrap up codes/labels. However, I do not know where I can update the selected wrap up code. Task Routing (as per sample) is using the MediaDialog class which does not seem to have methods to update the wrap up code, unlike the Dialog class which has the "updateWrapUpReason" method. Does anyone know how I should proceed with this?

Hi Gabriel,

Unfortunately, Finesse does not currently support updating the wrap up reason for non-voice medias (Task Routing). As you noticed, this is only available for dialogs.
