I have a issue when agent sometimes auto logout finesse.

I have a issue when agent sometimes auto logout finesse. When i check reasoncode on database . this field is 50003. But when agent logout finesse, the device is registering normal on CUCM. Do you have issue and have been resolved the problem. I am using PCCE

Hi,
It may be an infrastructure issue, that the phone is un-registering for a few seconds and the agent gets logged out. I would try and wait for the next case, and go to the phone's logs (via HTTP) and see if it got un-registered or any other problem that may have been occurred. I had lots of cases like that with my clients.
