I have several agents reporting issues with Finesse, getting stuck in talking status and being logged. Please let me know where i have to check the logs or this problem is related to explorer.
Is the issue happening randomly ? anything common between the agents who faced this issue ? any recent changes to the system / browser ? what is the logout reason recorded for Finesse ?
