ICD CTI Route Point CTI ports AAR? also which CSS

Hi,

I have been reading some cisco documentation that says CTI route points are not supported with AAR.

Why the is there the location field for the device and the AAR group on the line?

Also

When designing a IPCC express contact center what is the best policy for using

CSS on CTI RP and CTI ports.

Is there a document that details this.
