ICM 7.0(0), CTIOS, CTI OS Client don't login

I have next problem.

When I try connect stios agent desctop to stios, I take message that system offline.

and stios logs:

hi,

m also getting same error as u posted in initial post.

mine is lab setup and all the components are installed in the same machine. donno if that makes any difference.
