Hey all,
I was wondering if any of you had encountered limitations in :
-the number of scripts (both active versions and number of versions you can keep)
-the number of call types
in an ICM 8.5 or higher version system?

I am sure there is, but I don't know anyone who has reached it. I think one of my past projects had over 10000 call types and hundreds of scripts.

Thanks for this feedback David.
Our project is currently still being deployed and we will have about 12000 agents (simultaneous connections). We have not yet done all the scripting as not all the sites are in production yet, but the number of call-types in the end will probably be close to 10000.

Sounds like a pretty big project, you should be fine though. Good luck, make sure you set a naming convention early and everyone understands it. It will save you a lot of trouble.
