In our environment ICM used to interact with Network based IVR,TellMe by using "Run External Script" Node.
We are migrating to CVP.
In ICM Scripting for interacting with CVP,how does one invoke any particular vocab(.wav file)
Second question what other config changes needs to be done in ICM for integrating with CVP.

You can use Run External Script to interact with CVP too. There are two different ways to play prompts, through a microapp or through a VXML app.
Your question is pretty big, you will need a good amount of configuration for CVP, check out the CVP SRND for more information.
