ICM error in Active CMPG

Hi,

I am getting error message in the event viewer of the active side of CMPG, below are the error information.

Source: Cisco System, Inc. ICM

Category: DBAgent

Type: Error

Event ID: 49153

Description: Fail: CallChangedEvent caught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

Have any one came across with this kind of error message, do I need to take any action for stopping this kind of error message.

Which IPCC version? CCm Version? post the whole trace file.
