Hi!
Please help to configure Lab IPCC.
I'm trying to integrate Callmanager 4.1 and ICM for Lab purpose, but I have not any CTI OS disks, such as:
"CTI OS
CTI OS Agent
CTI OS Supervisor
CTI Desktop
Turnkey CTI Agent
Turnkey CTI Server"
Is it absolutely nessasary to have this software in order to organize agents on IP phones or I can do without above mentioned CDs? (I'm novice in IPCC)

Monitor your ICM scripts to see where it fails. Are you doing any translation routing to IVR? For now, just write a simple ICM script that will send to a Label node- Dynamic label - to the agent extension. See if that works.

Thanks, I'll try with script, but I can't understand at what moment RP should be registered?
After call succesefully entered script, or at the first moment, when I add Peripherial Gateway in ICM's configuration and Peripherial in Configuration manager's configuration?

Forgot to say, I don't use IVR at this moment..
And yet, what should I write when I use label type "dynamic" in label expression?
I tried "static" label - doesn't work...

In the label node, select dynamic, and set the value to the agent extension in quotes. So, if your extn is 666, enter the label values as "666"

it means in field "label expression"?
if so - did as You wrote - still doesn't work..
