ICM upgradation to 8.0

We are planning to upgrade ICM from 7.2 to 8.0

Wanted to checkout couple of things

1. What is the procedure for exporting all Configurations and Scripts.

     Is taking backup using ICMDBA and Importing it sufficient enough for both Config data and Scripts

2.  What is the procedure for exporting data for all the Tables (TCD,RCD etc)
