ICM upgrade to 7.2(1)

Hi

When one is upgrading from a Win2000 Server to Win2003 Server to support ICM version 7.2(1) what changes does one have to do or see in the Operating system.

To be clearer i have a box with Win2000 server and ICM version 7.0. Now i want to upgrade to 7.2(1). I need to upgrade the OS first to Win 2003 server and then the ICM version. What extra config changes do i have to make at the OS level. Also what is the change functionality wise?

Check out the v7 staging guide on the configuration required in windows.

Are you doing a hardware refresh? I assume the only reason you are on 2000 is an upgrade from previous versions of ICM.
