Import contacts at outbound campaign with end user privilege

Hi,

We are using UCCX 8.5.1.11002-22. To import contacts at outbound campaign we are now using application administrator user and then import. What is the process to import contacts by using any End user with only outbound privilege and without any administrator privilege to access Subsystem> Outbound>Campaign.  Plz guide me.

Hi,

Importing contact is an Admin task.

You need UCCX Admin previledges to import contacts, end user will not be able to perform this activity.
