IN Informix Database need to have Date and time in single column

folks,

Need one help , we are working for inform-ix database by using CUIC. could you please help on below requirements please .we have a Query for date and time in separate column. but we need to merge in one column as per requirements. for this we are facing some difficulties to achieve this  need your help guys..

please support on this 

1. Format should be 1 column with date/time – m/d/y 00:00xx Example 03/02/20 12:00PM
2. Requirement #2 - Current interval is hourly so that should be changed to 15mins (for both real time and historical).
