Hi Scott, there are a number of Cisco partners out that handle doing time and material type scripting work like you're seeking. If you want to privately send me your contact information via this website, I can check to see if my company does as a start; I know they do, but typically they require some type of contractual relationship before doing so, and not sure how quickly you need it, etc.
