Installation PUT Error

                   Hii,

I am trying to install Put with UCCX 7.0(2)-ES3.

I have this Error :

(The current locale is different from the default locale-Unified States (English), Set the Locale to the default option before you start the backup)!!

Any feedback welcome.

Hi Amina,

Which version of PUT tool you are using, 9.0(1) or 9.0(2)? As far as I know it never asks for locale during PUT installation. If it asks select as United states as language or locale.
