Installing IP IVR for use with ICM

I am installing IP IVR V3.1 (in a Lab) for use with ICM. After I install, I cannot find the ICM Subsystem on the Subsystems menu. I've tried several different installs and .lic files. I am currently working from an image of a system that is now running with the proper ICM Subsystem available, but still no luck for me. Is there a step I am missing to enable the ICM Subsystem in IP IVR?

I found this solution. I think it comes in the box with IPCC Express 3.5 NFR.

Enable ICM Subsystem on the IP IVR

Using Notepad, open the file C:\Profgram files\Wfavvid\properties.license. Make the following changes:

Add the following line to the end of the file:

License=ICM_KEY

Update the first line of the file:

NUMKEY=

For example, if the original file begins with NUMKEY=3 and the last line is License03=, then the modified file will look like this:

NUMKEY=4

License01=

License02=

License03=

License04=ICM_KEY

Save the modified file and exit Notepad. When saving, make sure you change the file type to All Files. If you leave it as Text Files, the file name will have .txt appended to it, and it will not work (i.e. license.properties.txt).

From the Start button choose Programs\Administrative Tools\Services.

Restart the two services Cisco CRA Engine and CiscoCRAServletEngine. Notice CiscoCRAServletEngine is lower because it has no spaces in the name.

I have this same problem and I tried your fix with no luck. I have IPCC 3.5.2. Any other suggestions?

No, that solution definitely fixed the problem of no ICM choice on the Subsystems menu. You might review your text file, or maybe uninstall the IP IVR and re-install?
