Intermittent blank screen on 3rd party widget for Finesse

I use LCM widget on Finesse which is 3rd party widget. I got intermittent blank screen while never found on OOB widget. Anyway at the same time, when I open another tab on the same browser using address of LCM widget, it work fine. Any suggestions are appreciate !!! I also attached catalina log and tomcat log perhaps someone help me to check. Time and date which problem occur is 07/08/2015  18:46 pm.

Hi, are you sure we are looking at the right logs? 

From the ones you provided it's visible that the server tries to reach an external resource but it times out.

Are we talking about LCM - formerly known as Acqueon?
