Hi all,
I've got a pair of IP IVR's running 7.0.1 SR5. The system has been in production for over 4 years and suddenly I am getting a "Windows Production Activation" message when I hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the server console trying to login (please attached screenshot). I tried to activate Windows via the online option but unsuccessful because the server doesn't have internet access.
Has anyone run into this issue ? and how to fix it ?

IP IVR 7, is that on Windows 2000?

It's IVR 7.0.1 SR5 on Windows 2003

That is strange, I would open a TAC case, connect the server to the internet and register, or try the Microsoft phone registration option.

I ended up calling Microsoft and they issued me a new activation key. All is good now.
