I have an IP IVR based campaign for outbound calls. Dialer makes calls and transfers it to cvp script where some prompt is played. i'd like to know if there is any record appears in t_Termination_Detail_Record table about these calls?
Yes you will see TCD records for these calls. Take a look at the outbound option user guide in the Terimination_Call_Detail appendix, there is a section titled "Transfer to IVR TCD Records" that describes what these records will look like.
