Hi all!
I have IP IVR camaign. I need to call 1000 phone numbers and play some wav file.
Where can i set up number of calls that OutBound would dial at same time?
I want to make sure that this proccess would not take all available cvp ports.
Reading the Outbound Option Guide i found setting called Number of IVR ports.
Description tells that this is number of ports supported for skill group.
If my task is playing wav file, than no agent is needed. So no agent is in skill group and this setting is useless.
Am i right?

That's the config item you need.

No agent is needed - true. Just a case of Cisco sticking the config they needed somewhere - and this is a reasonable spot.
Obviously, this number will be less than or equal to the number of configured Dialer phones.
Regards,
Geoff
