i tried to switch version from 8.0.2 to 8.5.1 (cisco ip ivr) and its fails
Cisco Unified CCX DB appears to be corrupt
does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this problem?

Reason for switch version are many . can you please upload uccx-install/system history and online.uccx (database)
