Hi there,
We have encountered the captioned error when we tried to save an ICM script when using Internet Script Editor. Does anyone know if this is configurable or not? If not, is there any workaround, or how could we split an ICM script in smaller pieces?
Thanks in advance.

Could you please specify what Error you are getting?

Hi Karzazi,
We have received an error saying "The script exceeds the maximum script size. Please, reduce the number of nodes in your script and try saving it again".
We removed some of the nodes and we could save it, but considering the node size, we don't think it has exceeded the limit (As far as we know, ICM 5.0 supports 999 nodes. But we are not sure if the same rule applies to ICM 7.0 Internet Script Editor, as we are not using the ICM Editor on AW).
Thanks.

Well im using the Internet Script Editor too. Never had problem with it.
Are u sure u didnt exceed the 999 nodes? u can try to use the "GO TO Script" node so you can split ur script.

Hi Karzazi,
Thanks for your response.
We are far from the limit. I think we have less than 200 nodes.
We would try to use the "Go to" approach to split the call flow. Thanks.
