Guys,
I want to know whether its possible to view certain IP phones line status on the Agent Desktop using the IPCC, is that possible and if so, does it need any kind of Developement.

IPCC with CAD allows Supervisor Desktop to view active agent line status.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for the prompt response, i had another question please, what about if the lines wished to view their status are top management lines, not agents, is it possible to view their status , or should i buy licenses for them to be treated as agents?

ipcc cannot display the status of lines not configured as agents.
if you wish to configure those lines as agents, just to view their status, this is possible and would require the additional licenses.
