We are developing a set of scripts for a ipcc with the ivr and tts subsystems running on it, and we want to test the performance of the ipcc server and the callmanager. Is there any way to simulate the call setup process

Testing a script in IPCC Enterprise, use the Call Tracer. better is to create a CTI-RP+Test Agent..etc to test. Script testing will not tell you how good the Performance of your IPCC+CCM is, this is more a Design Question.

Thank for your repply, and how can I test the performance of the ccm-ipcc? Do you know a way to make "virtual" calls between the gateway, the ccm and the ipcc?

probably the best way is to use the cisco defined steps to 'Size IPCC Components and Servers' so you can determine what you'll need to accomodate your requirements.
