IPCC Bundle with CCM

Hi,

when purchasing CCM bundle we get IPCC express with it. i only need the part related to the Auto Attendant as the customer seeks to have his own script and prompts.

my question is how can i manage not to install all the components of the IPCC (as it kills the server) and make this works.

CCM 4.2 with co-resident 4.0 IPCC

Hello,

the answer is quite simple: do not install the bundled IPCC Express.

The media always come like this: you get CD's for CCM, and as a bonus, you get IPCC Express (just in case you want to play with it, it is not really supposed to be installed on the CAllManager)...
