IPCC Enterprise - Dialer Lists and Contact Lists - Outbound Campaigns

Just looking for the maximum number of entries that IPCC Enterprise 7.X supports in a .csv file for importing contacts. Is the dialer list and contact list one in the same? Thanks in advance. Have a situation where it is only importing 50 entries at a time.

The Import Process will handle tens of thousands of entries in a single import. A recent customer test involved 50,000 entries in a single import.
