Some users in our contact center are getting the following error message intermittently when they release their call (out bound) from the CTIOS client.
"CallType:9, CallStatus:3, FailureCode:71, PeripheralErrorCode:10148, EnablementMask:1757348262, MessageID:35, ErrorMessage:IPCC Error [10148]Third party request already outstanding "
The CTI client version I am using is 7.2.4 and server is 7.2.7. We also have a CRM client which runs paralley and is built using CTI toolkit version 6X. So basically the agents use two CTI clients.
When I query the bug toolkit I do see a bug ID CSCsi6265 which throws the same error message but the scenario during which the error shows up is different.
Does any one see this error message before ?Any help on this is appreciated.
