Hi,
We have upgraded IPCC Express 3.5(2)to 4.0 version.This is integrated with CCM 4.1(3).
IPCC Express setup consist of 1 CRS engine server & 1 Expansio server with remote database,VOIP monitoring & statistics server.
Problem - After upgrade we are not able to connect & login through historical reporting client.Below is the error we get whie logging in.
"Failed to establish connection with web server.Please check if the web server at the following address is running & try again: 129.123.23.40:80"
where 129.123.23.40 is CRS engine server.
please let me know if any one has faced this problem.
