IPCC Express 4.0 recommended Training

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies that offer IPCC Express 4.0 training. It would be ideal if they were in the Atlanta Area or if they offer on-site training. We are on version IPCC Express 4.02 (I think). We are looking for training on how to create call scripts, manage queues, etc..

Global Knowledge offers UCCXD and UCCXA

I know they offer Atlanta classes. I thought they did a pretty good job of getting me rolling, as I am pretty much the sole developer at our company and that is the most instruction I had.

I am in Atlanta as well, but took the classes in other cities due to the timing.
