hey,
im setting up ipcc express for one of our customers. now everything was working fine (test environment), but i came in yesterday and im getting an error message on one of the phones. ive configured the one button login, and when i try to login, im getting "agent extension is in use" and i cant log in. i logged in with the client desktop and that worked fine. i also logged out of the desktop thinking it would get rid of the message but no luck. can anyone help.
things i did so far .... deleted the user, reassociated the phone, and resubscribed to one button login.
PS. First time configuring IPCC so im hoping this is something im probably just missing
